Cancellation Policy

We at Marketing Capsule, adopt diverse cancellation policies for our varied courses or services. For more details on this kindly refer to respective service agreement.

Request related to cancellation must be submitted to the accounts department of Marketing Capsule. Through following emails you can submit your cancellation request on [email protected] or mailing the letter at our address msentioned on the website.

On receipt of your request, our account manager will contact you for issues on cancellation and will guide you related to further process. Until you don’t receive cancellation code from our accounts team, your cancellation won’t be considered valid.

Refund Policy

Marketing Capsule adopts various refund policies related to different courses or services. For more details refer to corresponding service agreement.

Marketing Capsule does not guarantee any refunds for the cancellation of its service. We will act upon the agreement signed, accepted on email, signed electronically or physically signed between the client (or the students) and

Marketing Capsule does not offer any reimbursement for transaction charges (And or bank charges), Amount paid to third parties, for the courses or services already rendered or any other miscellaneous charges, that are non recoverable for Marketing Capsule.

Possible Reasons for Cancellation Refund Amount Explanation for Refund Amount
Order Cancellation After Making the Payment
Within 24 Hours-after placing order Up to 90% of the order value We deduct 10% amount because we incur cost for payment gateway and accounts when we return the money.
Within 2-3 Days-after payment/advance payment Upto 50% of the order value Backend/Technical team gets assigned into the jobs after payment confirmation so we deduct 50% amount of payment.
In case of courses, as you join the course so we allot individual teacher to lead you so we deduct 50% amount of payment.
After 3 days from the date of confirmation No Refunds No refunds are possible.
Other Reasons for Refunding Payment
By Mistake I paid extra amount 100% payment will be refunded We will refund your 100% payment after deduct payment gateway transaction’s charges.
I did not like the design or work or course No Refund We strive to understand your concept of your campaigns or website or design and request you to clearly specify details which you want to project in the campaign or website. Also, you can let us know the things which you prefer. As a part of our service, we revise the things once and do all minor adjustments once based on comprehensive feedback. No refund is possible under the condition that you did not like the website or campaign.
In case of courses, we teach with dynamic teaching methodology. In the student brochure, we mention everything from course module to learning formats. No refund is possible under the condition that you did not like the course.
Work Delay Upto 50% of the order value The mail trail and quickness of response from your end will be evaluated. There is no guarantee of refund here.
Team Work or Trainer Rejection 0% We are willing to rework till you are satisfied with the work. However since this work is subjective and what looks Ok to you may not look OK to other, no refunds are possible.
In case of courses, we recruit specialized trainers with proven industry experience so no refunds are possible in this case.
Technical Glitches 0% No refund Possible in technically cases like domain errors & hosting as they are outside from our area of influence.
Traffic & Rankings 0% We will not be held responsible for any refund claims on the basis of traffic & rankings.

Marketing Capsule retains the right to modify provisions of cancellation or refund policy without giving prior notice.
